Áp dụng phương pháp phun xịt

Xử lý bằng cách phun bọc chất chống cháy Fabric Safe lên rèm cửa, đồ nội thất, hoa giả, thảm, rèm che tường, giúp bảo vệ chống lại mồi lửa, ngọn lửa cháy và tia lửa. Nó tạo thành lớp màng bảo vệ chống lại vật liệu bắt lửa và hạn chế các đốm lửa chạm tới vật liệu gây cháy. Fabric Safe là lớp phủ gốc nước, trong suốt, không mùi và không độc hại. Bề mặt khi xử lý phải sạch. Do sự đa dạng của hàng dệt may và vải, điều quan trọng là cần kiểm tra độ bền màu. Điều này được thực hiện bằng cách xử dụng một số lượng nhỏ Fabric Safe tại khu vực màu tối và để cho nó khô (có thể sử dụng máy sấy tóc để sấy)... Sử dụng Fabric Safe chống cháy khi vừa được lấy ra từ thùng chứa. 

Không pha trộn sản phẩm với bất kỳ sản phẩm nào khác. 

Độ bao phủ của Fabric Safe là 7,4 – 12,3 m²/lít tùy thuộc vào loại vật liệu hay trọng lượng của vật liệu cần xử lý. Fabric Safe, trong hầu hết các trường hợp được áp dụng bằng phương pháp phun sương. Sử dụng xốp lăn hiệu quả hơn khi xử lý cho giấy dán tường hay rèm che tường. Các vật liệu sau khi được vệ sinh kỹ lưỡng sẽ mất một một phần nhỏ khả năng chống cháy, do đó cần được xử lý lại với Fabric Safe để đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất. Vải nhung hoặc thảm lông, thích hợp xử lý ngay sau khi làm sạch. Các vật liệu cần được làm khô trước khi xử lý với Fabric Safe.

Lưu ý

          Sản phẩm không được để đóng băng. Không được pha loãng.

Phun phủ

Việc phun phủ không gây ảnh hưởng tới các loài động vật và thực vật. Lượng lan ra ngoài có thể rửa với nước. Dùng dẻ ướt và hỗn hợp nước với thuốc tẩy để làm sạch.

Fire Retardant Coatings - Flame Retardant Sprays - Fire Retardant Sprays

FABRIC SAFE 1 is a fire retardant spray on coating for natural fabrics and most synthetic and synthetic blends. Fabric Safe fire retardant fabric spray is quick and easy to apply. Fabric Safe is a fire retardant fabric coating that is water-based, clear, odorless and non-toxic. FABRIC SAFE can significantly reduce the hazard of fire because of its ability to double or triple the flashpoint of most materials. It forms a barrier which inhibits ignition of the fire treated material and restricts the char to the immediate area exposed to flame. FABRIC SAFE is a water based, clear, non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly. Flammable materials may be fire retarded without changing their appearance. The coverage rate of FABRIC SAFE is 300-500 square feet per gallon depending on the type and weight of the material being fire retardant treated. In most instance FABRIC SAFE is applied with a spray applicator. A sponge can be an effective method of applying FABRIC SAFE fire retardant on wallpaper and wall coverings. All textiles/fabrics lose some of their fire retardant qualities after deep cleaning, therefor re-treatment with FABRIC SAFE is advised to achieve maximum results. Pile or high tufted carpet in particular is suitable for FABRIC SAFE fire retardant treatment after deep cleaning.

FABRIC SAFE 2 for canvas tarps, awnings, tents, burlap, and hemp ropes can be used for both exterior and interior applications. FABRIC SAFE fire retardant for canvas can be applied by spray coating, brush or dipping. FABRIC SAFE for canvas is warranted for 5 years or 200 inches of rain whichever comes first.

This FABRIC SAFE fire retardant can be used on leather. Treat the leather from the back side only

Fabric Safe inhibits the ignition of the fire treated material when exposed to flame or fire. Statistics show that fires started on upholstered furniture was the leading cause of residential fire deaths. The National Association of State Fire Marshals recommends that all fabrics and textiles be rendered fire proof by the use of fire and flame retardants.

Although it is not possible to make combustible fabrics and furnishings completely resistant to charring and decomposition when exposed to flame, use of a Flame Safe FABRIC SAFE fire retardant spray coating will give a degree of flame resistance. In places of public assembly such as theaters, restaurants, hotels, and bars, combustible textiles are commonly regulated by law.
